Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse through Delhivery, one of India's largest courier networks.

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Prepaid orders are confirmed once payment is successful. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed when placed.

Transit time depends on your pincode. Typical timelines after your order ships:

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas, the North-East, and Jammu & Kashmir: up to 10 business days

For the most accurate estimate, enter your pincode under Check Delivery on any product page. It uses Delhivery's live transit times for your location.

All timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or regional restrictions.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (calculated after any coupon discount).
• A flat ₹99 shipping charge on orders of ₹999 or less.
• Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional ₹49 COD charge.

All charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

COD is available on most pincodes. If Check Delivery on the product page shows “Prepaid orders only” for your pincode, please choose online payment at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a Delhivery tracking link at your registered email address. You'll also get email updates as your order moves through transit and is delivered.

We ship to all pincodes in India serviced by Delhivery. You can check whether we deliver to you using Check Delivery on any product page. International shipping is not available at this time.

Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and phone number are correct before placing your order. The courier may contact you on your phone number to complete delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package.

You can cancel items any time before your order is delivered. Once delivered, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
