Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to create an account or place an order.

You need an account to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Please keep your name, phone number and addresses accurate and up to date. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly between pieces. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. All products are subject to availability.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any order for it and refund what you paid, even after your order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Prepaid orders are confirmed once your payment succeeds, and Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed when placed. You'll receive a confirmation email either way.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in full or in part, if an item is out of stock, we can't deliver to your address, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

We accept:

• Online payments through Cashfree Payments, using any method shown at checkout, such as UPI or cards
• Cash on Delivery, with an additional ₹49 charge

COD isn't available on every pincode. If Check Delivery on a product page shows “Prepaid orders only” for your pincode, please pay online.

One coupon can be applied per order. Coupons may have a minimum order value, expiry date or other conditions, and can't be exchanged for cash. If a cancellation or return brings your order below a coupon's minimum value, the coupon discount may be withdrawn and adjusted against any refund.

When our Refer & Earn programme is running, you can invite friends with your personal referral link or code and earn Voidthread Coins when they shop. The current reward, limits and timings are shown in the Refer & Earn section of your account, and we may change or pause the programme at any time. Changes don't affect rewards already earned on orders placed before the change.

• Rewards apply only to new customers who sign up using your link or code and then place an eligible order. A referral can't be added after signing up.
• Coins are credited only after the order is delivered and the return window has passed. Until then they show as pending.
• Cancelled or returned orders don't earn coins. If an order is refunded after coins were credited, those coins may be reversed, even if that takes your balance below zero.
• Coins expire after the period shown in your account, have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and can only be used on Voidthread orders where we allow it.
• Referring yourself, creating multiple accounts, or any other abuse of the programme voids the rewards involved, and we may remove coins or block your access to the programme.

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information
• Interfere with, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Buy products in bulk for resale without our written consent
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

The Voidthread name and logo, product designs, graphics, photographs and all other content on this site belong to Voidthread or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Voidthread is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
